To what angle/degree should I invert?
- This differs person to person. A beginner should start at a slight angle (about 20-30 degrees above horizontal) for a couple of weeks until you are comfortable with the Inversion Table. Before inverting at higher angles your body has to be completely relaxed at the lower angle position. Usually for a first time user who experiences any discomfort is due to the body being pushed to quickly. You should always listen to your body and only increase the degree of inversion depending on your comfort level.
